Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
∎ Ensuring compliance with international quality standards such as ISO, AQL (Acceptable Quality Level), and customer-specific requirements.
∎ Supervise day to day quality assurance activities & ensure the quality of the products as per requirement and standard.
∎ Check the layout plan of the production house to achieve maximum production.
∎ Prepare cost analysis of samples & final products.
∎ Expertise in inspecting raw materials (Metal Button) for defects, color consistency, and durability.
∎ Maintain accurate records and provide quality control reports to the relevant supervisor.
∎ Ensure the preparation of on-time reports for managerial decision-making.
∎ Prepare reports, including the Finished Goods Report and Stock Reconciliation Report, to provide insights into the status of finished goods and inventory.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Seniors/ Management
∎ We are looking for competent personnel for the post of “Asst. Manager/Manager-Quality Assurance-Metal Button (Garments Accessories)" for the Weixing Industrial (Bangladesh) Co., Ltd. located at Cumilla EPZ, Cumilla the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
