Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Context
∎ This position is responsible for ensuring the business unit's H&M QMS, RQS & NQS standard implementation Develop & also implement ISO 9001 standard.
∎ Job Description / Responsibility
∎ • Develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards as well as ISO 9001.
∎ • Contribute to the creation and implementation of Vision, Mission, Strategy, Policies, processes and procedures best practice to aid and improve operational performance.
∎ • Combined Set departmental objectives/KPIs with department heads. Review and assess ongoing performance, prepare reports as well as monitor the completion of tasks to ensure recommendable performance of the system.
∎ • Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the standard of buyers/external certification bodies
∎ • Undertake routine internal and process audits of the QMS and control the audit non conformity through appropriate actions.
∎ • Develop and conduct total training program in line with QMS.
∎ • Work as a part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement of the system.
∎ • Organise yearly review program with all required reports; prepare budget and strategy for the upcoming year.
∎ • Develop & Implement H&M group's RQS requirement and follow standard. Undertake routine internal and process audits of the RQS standard as well as MR and control the audit non conformity through appropriate actions.
∎ • Make sure all departments in the factory are following the RQS or NQC requirement approved by H&M group RQS & NQC responsible.
∎ • Take the responsibility for assuring the lines are following H&M technical specifications (AQLs: Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) in the line is in line with H & M quality practices.
∎ • Developing and improving the quality procedures, systems, work instructions, forms and checklists and follow up product safety procedure.
∎ • Follow up Accepted Quality Limit (AQL) inspection to meet AQL standards and ensure ISO procedures.
∎ Educational Requirements
∎ • Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ • Bachelor degree in any discipline (Any certification course/ Diploma in RMG/ Apparel Quality Management will add value to the position).
∎ Job Requirements
∎ • Age at least 28 years
∎ • Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Have a good computer literacy.
∎ • Experience in related of Garments Technologist/Quality Assurance/Inspection with Audit & Compliance Sector.
