Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with line In-charge and line supervisors get daily production schedules and plan actions accordingly in order to achieve the daily schedules in time.
∎ Keep a check on inventory and material usage.
∎ Monitor the complete production process on regular basis.
∎ Supervise visual inspection of products for quality and ensuring its testing.
∎ Maintain a level of cleanliness & order within the department, cleaning & daily maintenance of the complete shop floor.
∎ Observe all aspects of health and safety regulations and report any unsafe working conditions to production manager.
∎ Prepare performance reports, identifies performance gaps, initiate and close-out corrective/preventative actions in coordination with production manager.
∎ Works in close coordination with Industrial Engineering , technical , finishing departments.
