∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ -Risk analysis on different type of wash on different fabric.
∎ -Developing and putting into operation the current system and technical advancement in the field of washing plant.
∎ -Manage & maintain overall quality of washing both wet and dry process.
∎ -Check machine utilization and insure to minimize machine idle time
∎ -Provide technical support & solutions to achieve good quality of products.
∎ -Root cause analysis and set a corrective action plan in terms of product quality.
∎ -Responsible to apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process.
∎ -Details knowledge about wash chemicals for different effect’s considering different types of fabrics.
∎ -Trouble shooting at different stage of wash. (While Sampling & Production)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SNOWTEX Washing & Dyeing Ltd. is seeking some skilled and experienced "Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager-(R&D/Sample - Wash)"
∎
∎ -To prepare different types of wash process like:
∎ Enzyme Wash, Bleach Wash, Stone Wash, Enzyme & Stone Wash, Acid Wash, Towel Bleach Wash, Burn-out Wash, Caustic Wash, Super White Wash, Silicon Wash, Rinse Wash, Normal Wash etc.
∎ -To prepare different types of dyeing process like:
∎ Reactive Dyeing, Direct Dyeing, Sulfur Dyeing, Pigment Dyeing, Over Dyeing, Dip Dyeing, Tie Dyeing, Cold Dyeing, Discharge Dyeing etc.
∎ -To make own process’s application to achieve wash standard of any type of wash especially for denim.
∎ -Details knowledge about wash chemicals for different effect’s considering different types of fabrics.
∎ -To develop the samples with required wash/treatment along with several proposition.
∎ -Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
∎ -Ensure the sample development of both wet & dry process.
