Responsibilities & Context:
  • Payroll Process & Salary Administration

  • Final Settlement Processing within the stipulated timeframe (legal framework).

  • Complete joining formalities by preserving the required documents and providing the necessary items within the time frame.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop the HRIS and input necessary data accordingly.

  • Complete probationary appraisal process within the time frame.

  • OD related works.

  • Any other task assigned by HOHR.
