Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the following business areas: Trading business, Engineering Firm, Import/Export related business, Tender/Contract based organization.

  • Must have experience and strong knowledge of MS Excel and Data Analysis.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and TAX/VAT rules and TDS/VDS regulations.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Seeking reliable foreign vendors and principal suppliers requires a strong grasp of product sourcing and vendor management.
  • Developing, leading, and executing purchasing strategies is essential.
  • A deep understanding of negotiation strategies, solid judgment, and decision-making skills are crucial to closing deals on optimal terms.
  • Analyzing data, performing cost analysis, and benchmarking are necessary tasks.
  • Forecasting price and market trends and assessing suppliers' ability to ensure timely delivery of products, goods, or services are vital.
  • Related Tender searching, selecting, and reporting to the management daily basis. Preparing documentation and Tender submission.
  • Ability to complete solely Tender documents (online & offline), e-GP Tender Security & Performance Security uploading, Tender Submission & e-GP contract signing process.
  • Proper knowledge for issuing Tender required Turn-over calculating, Project’s cost estimating, Tender bill with related documents issuing effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare bids and tender proposals (including technical specifications, clarifications, documentation, tender submission, bill of quantity, etc.) for various projects.
  • Maintaining all purchasing-related documents such as quotations, work orders, bills, and challans is imperative.
  • Monitoring and forecasting upcoming levels of demand is essential.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of tender documents and their submission according to specified deadlines.
  • Conduct a proactive Site Survey of tenders to gather sufficient information, cost estimation, advantages/disadvantages of tender sites, which might not be covered in tenders.
  • In depth knowledge about BG/ PG margins, VAT, AIT, SD, etc., dealing.
  • Having good knowledge of PPR (Public Procurement Regulation) 2008 and PPA (Public Procurement Act) 2006.
