Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to regulatory requirements.
∎ Establish and communicate quality standards, specifications, and guidelines to production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the manufacturing process.
∎ Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products to identify defects, deviations from standards, and potential issues.
∎ Continuously monitor production processes to identify areas where quality improvements can be made.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
∎ Maintain accurate and organized records of quality control activities, test results, and any corrective actions taken. Prepare and present quality reports to management.
∎ Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures, best practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
∎ Investigate customer complaints, quality issues, and non-conformities.
∎ Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control processes and ensure that they are being followed correctly.
∎ Lead efforts to continuously enhance the quality control processes, systems, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Proven experience in QC field.
∎ Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
∎ Strong leadership abilities.
