Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead QA/QC functions and administer the quality control procedures.
∎ Guide work activities and help team members to develop their skills.
∎ Monitor, Control and update various quality testing system of packaging films.
∎ Analyze process and maintain compliances.
∎ Deploying SOPs and provide trainings.
∎ Implement Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
∎ Implement Quality assurance system in consideration to satisfy the customer and ensure the quality.
∎ Verify test and measure all finished goods, BOPP, CPP, and BOPET films.
∎ Represent Akij Baix Films Limited with various for accreditations and certifications authorities.
∎ Prepare/Maintain the documents for the ISO,BRC, GRS and other upcoming certifications.
∎ Review of audit preparedness & results.
∎ Follow up & implement pest control system.
∎ Participate in product Development process.
∎ Analysis customer compliant and take appropriate corrective action on source to prevent.
