Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Product development and QC activities.
∎ Lead quality assurance, QC department.
∎ Focus on product and portfolio management, product design, recommendation of raw materials, market intelligence etc.
∎ Address customer complains and provide technical services to customers, submit comprehensive visiting reports to relevant personals.
∎ Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, including conducting surveys and presenting analysis reports during management review meetings.
∎ Develop annual budgets for QC.
