Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for powder milk production.
∎ Conduct regular quality checks and inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
∎ Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure they meet company and regulatory specifications.
∎ Ensure that all products comply with relevant food safety and quality regulations, including local, national, and international standards.
∎ Prepare for and participate in external audits and inspections from regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
∎ Oversee and conduct microbiological, chemical, and physical testing of powder milk products.
∎ Analyze test results and take corrective actions as needed to maintain product quality.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all quality control tests, inspections, and audits.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on quality issues, including non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in the production process to enhance product quality and efficiency.
∎ Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase productivity, and enhance product consistency.
∎ Supervise and train quality control staff on proper testing procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
∎ Ensure that all quality control activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
