Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a highly professional, expertise will be responsible for entire new product development from conception to completion and must able to lead the team.
∎ Candidate must have experience in product development & team management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing entire product development process from concept to launch.
∎ Outline product requirements & specifications based on customer's needs.
∎ Responsible for timely sample submission and first-time pass working with relevant teams i.e., Marketing & Sales, CS, Design, SCM & Buyer.
∎ Give technical solutions arise during pre & post production to optimize productivity and profitability.
∎ Conduct market research, analysis & customer reviews to identify customer's needs & pain points.
∎ Maintain good communication with buyer, sales, CS, SCM and production concern.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
