Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable to achieving Monthly Sales target.
∎ Set, monitor and report on team goals.
∎ Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Dept.
∎ Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
∎ Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
∎ Prepare and execute necessary trade marketing, promotions, offers and engagement activities to ensure product sales.
∎ Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
∎ Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
∎ Ensure qualified leads, call center actions & proper data management.
∎ Ensure proper vendor and agency communications for sustainable and effective results.
∎ Product feasibility analysis & develop applicable pricing models.
∎ Design strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
∎ Deliver compelling and engaging presentations to potential customers, showcasing Besthome Properties Ltd.
∎ Actively participate in the sales team to promote the program.
∎ Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
∎ Tailor presentations to individual customer preferences and requirements.
∎ Conduct market research to gather insights and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and analyze performance metrics.
∎ Following company rules and regulations properly.
∎ Daily market visit, potential client hunting & meeting with them.
∎ Other necessary work for the interest of the company according to the instruction by the management.
