Context:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Executive to join our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, particularly in electrical or mechanical fields, and a proven track record in maintenance management. This role involves overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing cost-effective solutions. 

Responsibilities include:

• Developing SOPs for the maintenance of plant, machinery, and utility installations at the factory.

• Ensuring optimal energy utilization (power, air, steam, gas, etc.), measuring units of utilities outsourced, produced, used, and wasted.

• Overseeing all utility matters concerning REB Power, Titas Gas, UPS, Generators, Boilers, Air Compressors, Washing Machines, Dryer Machines, ETP, etc.

• Managing periodic and scheduled maintenance for all utility matters related to electrical and mechanical systems.

• Implementing a preventive and follow-up maintenance routine, including breakdown, preventive, and troubleshooting maintenance for all equipment and machinery such as Boilers, Generators, Transformers, Jacquard Machines, Washing Machines, Dryer Machines, ETP, and all other electrical and mechanical equipment.

• Aiming for zero downtime through preventive maintenance and reporting to keep Non-Productive Time (NPT) to a minimum. Providing cost-effective procurement solutions and addressing additional challenges.
