Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize and coordinate both internal and external training.
∎ Assist in developing training modules.
∎ Conduct TNA and review periodically.
∎ Assist in policy, guideline and SOP formulation.
∎ Responsible for conducting employee engagement and motivational activities. Training budget preparation and return on investment calculation.
∎ Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
∎ Drive initiatives like team-building activities, town halls, and pulse surveys.
∎ Assist managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures across the organization.
∎ Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct and recommend appropriate actions.
∎ Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on employee relations trends and outcomes.
