Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making effective monthly production plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Production & IE team.
∎ Analysing the labour productivity of the factory & sewing lines.
∎ Estimating line capacity for all new developments styles based on garment sketch or samples.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Simplify manufacturing process & increase efficiency and productivity of all orders.
∎ Research & development for samples prior to production start.
∎ Review line plan, manpower and efficiency on daily basis to ensure efficiency is achieved.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical allowance
∎ Basic Salary- USD 1900, House Rent- USD 300, Medical- USD 100 & Conveyance- USD 50 or equivalent BDT per month.
