Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master's degree on English / Law / Business from Dhaka University/ Jahangirnagar University/ NSU/ BRAC/ Jagannath University/ East-West University/ BUP.
∎ PGD in HRM / Compliance will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review existing policies & create new policies align with Org strategy, HR Vision and strategy.
∎ Act as a custodian of organizations all policies & employees personal files related to HR.
∎ Coordinate recruitment & selection process.
∎ Act on HR - Planning, Development & Training, Employment Management, Leave Management, Final Settlement, Motivational Process etc.
∎ Act on Performance Management Process of HO officers based on their set KPI.
∎ Act on foreign travel management of Top Management & foreign Expat.
∎ Directly work with Managing Director, who is Chairman of Standing Committee of Compliance, BGMEA, regarding different compliance issues. Knowledge on Accord, BSCI, SEDEX is required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expert on power point presentation, preparation & coordinating meeting is mandatory.
∎ Good communication skill is required.
∎ Good score in IELTS / TOEFL will get extra advantage.
∎ Good command over English language is mandatory.
∎ Excellent typing speed both for Bangla & English is require.
∎ Applicant residing in Uttara / Near Uttara will get high preference.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
