Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential international markets for tissue paper products
∎ Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international buyers
∎ Conduct market research to understand demand, competition, and pricing trends
∎ Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations
∎ Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
∎ Coordinate the logistics of exporting tissue paper products, including choosing appropriate shipping methods and carriers
∎ Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams to ensure an adequate supply of tissue paper products for export
∎ Implement quality control processes and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any quality issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge of English language
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
∎ Fully computer literate and good command over MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email correspondences and internet browsing
