Responsibilities & Context:
Issue VAT Challans as per sales orders using online VAT software on a real-time, daily basis.
Prepare and submit the monthly VAT return (Mushak-9.1) through the online portal.
Maintain VAT registers manually, including: Mushak 6.1 – Sales Register, Mushak 6.2 – Purchase Register, Mushak 6.3 – Customer VAT Challan, Mushak 6.5 – Goods Transfer Register (to depot and others)
Assist the team in preparing and verifying bills; maintain factory receipt and payment accounts.
Reconcile daily production reports with related records.
Perform daily reconciliation of sales/delivery data with the stock register.
Maintain and update the fixed assets register.
Prepare daily and monthly stock and production summary reports.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
