Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead all mechanical maintenance activities across production lines, utilities and additional systems.
Ensure minimum breakdown and maximum equipment uptime.
Plan and oversee installation, commissioning, and modification of mechanical systems and utilities.
Identify opportunities for mechanical and process optimization to improve productivity and energy efficiency.
Coordinate with the supply chain team for material planning and procurement of spare parts etc.
Supervise and mentor mechanical engineers, technicians and support staff.
Maintain maintenance logs, spare parts inventory and service records.
Ensure all activities comply with safety, environmental and quality standards
