∎ Tissue stock preparation
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the preparation and consistency of pulp stock before it enters the tissue machine.
∎ Monitor consistency, temperature, pH and other critical parameters to ensure optimal quality.
∎ Ensure proper storage and labeling of all raw materials.
∎ Adjust recipes and process parameters to meet tissue quality specifications.
∎ The tissue machine and stock preparation system must be operated using a DCS.
∎ Lead a team of operators and helpers in stock preparation.
∎ Carry out any other related task as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
