B.Sc/M.Sc in IPE from SUST, BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, AUST will get preference.

  • Broad knowledge of the technical processes and products involved in Print Planning.

  • Candidates with experience in the Knit Garments industry will get preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare monthly print capacity analysis report (Print type wise).

  • Prepare monthly embroidery capacity analysis report

  • Prepare monthly embellishment plan.

  • Ensure cut panel availability as per printing machine & table plan.

  • Ensure plan wise embellishment production.

  • Ensure in-house capacity utilization.

  • Update embellishment plan if cutting & sewing line loading plan revised.

  • Communicate with relevant departments for outsource.

  • Conduct monthly plan review with relevant stake holders with actual sample.

  • Attend various meeting with cross functional department. Review plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to meet customers’ deadlines.

  • Build effective communication with the departments of fabric, merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance to facilitate execution of the plan.

  • Attend all kinds of meetings with cross-functional departments.

  • Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

  • Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the HOD/the top management.
