Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare monthly batch plan as per TNA.
Prepare weekly & monthly dyeing machine loading plan as per TNA.
Prepare three (03) day dyeing machine loading freeze plan as per TNA.
Prepare weekly plan hit rate report.
In case of TNA fail discuss with RMG planners for revised TNA date.
Revised daily dyeing plan if needed.
Ensure dyeing machine capacity utilization is at least 90%.
Attend all kinds of meetings with cross-functional departments.
Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the HOD/the top management.
