Compliance, General HR, Health/ Safety & Fire
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all kind of health & safety issue within the law & company policy.
∎ Ensure all equipment is serviced and checked in accordance with current legislation.
∎ Ensure fire safety signage is current and correct as per policy.
∎ Ensure staff are aware of fire policy and how to respond in the event of a fire.
∎ Conduct fire drills in accordance with practice policy.
∎ Implementation of the decision and official direction for the Administrative control.
∎ To assist the management in the field of general administration and personnel management.
∎ Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, Grievance Management and disciplinary functions effectively.
∎ Ensure the Training and Development Programmed is appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
∎ Advice, guide and support the HR, Compliance & Welfare team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization.
∎ Ensure updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers Code of conduct.
∎ Follow up & monitor floor monitoring sheet with taking feedback from respective personnel. If required than give instruction for smooth rectification.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur .
∎ Priority for those who were involved with woven factories.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 , Labour rule 2015 & Labour Gazzate-2018.
∎ Sound knowledge on Accord/Alliance.
