Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct performance appraisal.
∎ Prepare TNA.
∎ Training coordination.
∎ Assist Head of Operation/GM-Admin & HR for designing/ redesigning Performance Management System (PMS).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional Qualification: TNA, TOT, PGD-HRM, Performance Management System, HR analyst, Learning & Development Professional
