Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and facilitate strategic recruitment process and formalities.
∎ Ensure smooth & timely delivery of all arrays of employee services, like confirmation, promotion, separation, final settlement, leave & attendance management, HR reports, Bank A/C, ID & visiting card etc.
∎ Design, develop and enhance job descriptions, qualifications necessary and skills required to satisfactorily accomplish the responsibilities of the jobs.
∎ Provide strong focus on Training and development growth initiatives, i.e. developing Training Needs Analysis, Training Effectiveness Evaluation and Training calendar.
∎ Develop content for in-house training and communicate with the facilitator or institutions for off-the-job training.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual training reports.
∎ Prepare HR Policies, review existing policies and ensure they are in compliance with legal and regulatory framework
∎ Coordinate monthly and quarterly evaluation and annual performance appraisal process.
∎ Design, periodical reviews, update and maintain organization's organogram.
∎ Update and maintain all employee information and records in database.
∎ Check & Manage database for attendance, absence, leaves or all other related matters;
∎ Ensure timely salary disbursement.
∎ Maintain discipline & administration of the company.
∎ Enforce adherence to legal and statutory requirements.
∎ Keep management updated with the latest statutory requirements related to employment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to work with HRIS Software, skills of handling Payroll Software.
∎ Good Communication and presentation skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Knowledge on MS Office package in must.
∎ Sound knowledge of the country labor law.
∎ Be capable to formulate and implement relevant policies.
∎ Can work under stress.
