Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation of Nebraska water tube Boiler.
∎ Work under Shift In-charge for Boiler Operation.
∎ Carries out all required operational changes, safety inspections and procedures, boiler blow down, chemical tests, feed water analysis, SCADA control etc.
∎ Maintains an operating log and provides operating data, graphs, etc. pertinent to the efficient operation of the plant.
∎ Take readings from charts, meters and gauges at established intervals, and take corrective steps as necessary.
∎ Perform corrective and preventive action during the shift if any abnormalities observed and keep the shift In-charge well informed.
∎ Monitor and inspect Boiler equipment and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems.
∎ Clean, lubricate, Chemical Dozing and maintain equipment such as pumps, and compressors in order to prevent equipment failure or deterioration.
∎ Acts as a communication center: relays messages, transmits and receives information and initiates the appropriate actions.
∎ Develops new and improved operating and reporting systems and procedures.
∎ Establish a good line of communication with all Powerhouse personnel.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Will have strong interpersonal skills, have a practicable approach to engineering and be able to demonstrate the ability to work as a team member or independently.
∎ Have knowledge and experience of operating and maintaining in the Power, Process or Utility Industries with a minimum of 05-07 years’ appropriate experience, all or some of the following: 55 Ton water tube Boiler.
∎ Handle & operate of SCADA & DCS system.
∎ Have achieved the status of SOP.
∎ Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
∎ Computer knowledge with standard MS office package.
∎ Knowledge of English as a language to be able to read, write and communicate is a must.
