Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law and HR operational best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & HRIS software.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead HR operations at the factory as Section Head.
- Manage employee life cycle processes: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.
- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws, buyer requirements, and internal policies.
- Prepare and update HR reports, manpower status, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with Admin, Compliance, and Production teams for smooth operations.
- Support management in policy implementation and continuous process improvements.
