Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology
∎ Skills Required: Good Communication Skill (BanglaEnglish)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Food Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all QA activities comply with Company policies and objectives and also with local legislative requirements e.g.: BFSA and other consumer protection acts.
∎ Monitoring of suppliers (RM and PM) through frequent visit of their facilities and conducting food safety and quality systems audits.
∎ Commercialization of new products from kitchen to production line and improvement to current products, leveraging supplier's capabilities.
∎ Implement & drive a strong systems to control and guarantee 'Food Safety' and 'Consistent Quality' as per company guideline.
∎ Prepare appropriate response with experts to specific consumer queries related to food safety and Quality.
∎ Database management for suppliers for audits, specifications, product cuttings, complaints etc.
∎ Conduct Back to Basic Programs to operators focused on QA standards.
∎ Provide support to Operations during new product launches through Perfect product workshop's (PPW) and Train the trainer (TTT) programs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant R & D and QA experience, preferably in Food industry.
∎ Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organisational skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
