∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related role in textile production or manufacturing, with a focus on sewing threads being a plus.
∎ Strong understanding of the textile industry, market trends, and customer needs.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with product management software/tools.

∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
∎ Collaborate with R&D to create innovative sewing threads that meet quality standards and customer expectations.
∎ Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between production, design, marketing and sales.
∎ Develop project timelines, set deliverables, and monitor progress to ensure timely product launches.
∎ Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
∎ Collaborate with the quality control team to address any product performance issues.Financial Analysis:
∎ Develop and manage product budgets, forecasting costs and pricing strategies.
∎ Analyze product profitability and market performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
∎ Product Development & Management:
