Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: The Associate Manager/ Manager, HR is responsible for supporting Raju Law’s HR development strategy, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives, and driving operational excellence across all divisions and sister concerns. The role oversees day-to-day HR activities, supervises HR Executives, HR Assistant Managers, and ensures high-quality HR service delivery, employee engagement, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Support
- Develop, execute, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and roadmaps aligned with Raju Law’s business goals.
- Implement global and local HR initiatives, ensuring policy consistency and compliance across all units.
- Contribute to organizational structuring, manpower planning, and workforce development efforts.
• Team Supervision & Collaboration
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to HR Executives and HR Assistant Managers to ensure efficient delivery of HR operations.
- Plan and execute HR programs and address complex HR matters.
• KPI & Performance Metrics Development
- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the firm and its departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency targets.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine KPIs to drive accountability, productivity, and business impact.
- Generate and present HR and organizational performance reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Operational HR Management
- Oversee and continuously improve HR operational processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave, and record management.
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and new hires.
- Maintain and enhance HR systems and databases; ensure accurate, timely HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Compensation, Benefits, & Compliance
- Advise and support the Chief Operating Officer on salary administration, ensuring fairness, market competitiveness, and internal equity.
- Monitor, review, and update Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structures and processes to meet policy requirements and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and local and global HR standards.
• Employee Engagement & Development
- Lead and coordinate internal communication and engagement initiatives to build a unified, high-performance workplace culture.
- Promote and support continuous learning and professional development aligned with organizational values and workforce trends.
• Performance, Engagement & Culture
- Collaborate with senior leadership and management to design and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, internal communication, and a cohesive workplace culture.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development, aligning programs with organizational values, business goals, and future workforce trends.
- Drive or contribute to HR projects and change initiatives, including HR digitalization, process automation, and organizational development efforts.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain and enhance HR systems and tools.
• Other Responsibilities
- Carry out any other tasks related to HR, employee benefits, or special assignments as directed by management.
- Provide operational and strategic support on additional initiatives led by the Chief Operating Officer or Chief Strategy Officer.
• Work Hours & Pre-Employment Requirement
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (7:00/8:00 PM to 3:00/4:00 AM BST)
- Medical Screening: Upon final selection, the candidate will be required to participate in a complementary medical consultation with our telemedicine partner to assess fitness for night shift work.
