We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writers to join our prestigious EB-2 NIW & EB-1 Department, where your work will directly contribute to helping extraordinary individuals secure their U.S. Green Cards.

 Position Details:

• Location: Remote – Work from Home
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM BST

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Writer in our EB-2 NIW & EB-1 Department, you will:

• Draft persuasive Letters of Recommendation/Letters of Appreciation, and Economic Impact Analyses/Benefits to the USA that are crucial supporting documents for the NIW & EB1 Petitions
• Draft professional and detailed Proposed Endeavor Statements/Personal Statements that align with USCIS adjudication standards.
• Analyze complex client profiles, including credentials, professional achievements, and industry impact, to develop compelling, fact-driven narratives.
• Incorporate data, economic insights, and regulatory references to strengthen case arguments.
• Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and persuasive legal presentation.
• Maintain strict attention to formatting, language, and documentary evidence requirements outlined by USCIS.
