Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 24 years
  • Strong knowledge of land laws, registration procedures, mutation processes, and property documentation.

  • Sound understanding of CS, SA, RS, City Survey, Dag, Khatian, and related land records.

  • Excellent drafting and legal documentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with government authorities and external stakeholders.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Draft, review, and verify legal documents including deeds, agreements, MOUs, legal notices, petitions, affidavits, contracts, written statements, and other related documents.

  • Conduct thorough verification and analysis of land-related documents such as title deeds, ledgers, mutation records, and ownership documents.

  • Interpret and process land records including CS, SA, RS, City Survey, Dag, Khatian, inheritance certificates, power of attorney, and other statutory documents.

  • Handle land mutation (e-Mutation) procedures, land acquisition, registration, and related legal processes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Prepare and manage legal documentation related to land transactions, property transfers, powers of attorney, and contractual matters.

  • Liaise and maintain effective communication withgovernment offices, including AC Land Office, Land Office, Sub-Registry Office, and other relevant authorities.

  • Assist in legal proceedings by preparing case-related documents, applications, replies, and supporting materials.

  • Monitor and maintain records of land-related legal cases, documentation, and regulatory compliance matters.

  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper maintenance of all legal and land-related records.

  • Prepare reports and provide legal support to management on land and property-related matters as required.
