The Executive, Property Acquisition, is responsible for supporting the expansion of ACI Properties Ltd.'s property portfolio by identifying, visiting, negotiating, and onboarding suitable residential and commercial properties for property management and rental operations, while ensuring proper documentation, owner follow-up, and compliance with company requirements.

What You Will Do

• Identify and onboard residential apartments, buildings, and commercial properties for property management and rental operations.

• Visit & negotiate rental, lease, or acquisition terms with property owners.

• Collect ownership documents and legal papers.

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, developers, and brokers.

• Maintain an updated database of property leads and acquired properties.

• Follow up with property owners to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.

• Ensure all acquisition activities comply with company policies and regulations.

What You Bring

• Good understanding of real estate market, rental trends, and property acquisition practices.

• Ability to identify, visit, negotiate, and onboard suitable residential and commercial properties.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with property owners, landlords, developers, and brokers.

• Basic knowledge of ownership documents, legal papers, and compliance requirements.

• Ability to maintain property lead databases and ensure timely follow-up.

• Target-driven mindset with strong field execution and coordination skills.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
