We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Associate Lawyer to join our legal team. This opportunity is ideal for a recently admitted lawyer who has graduated from a 4-year private university law program and is eager to build a successful legal career.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Law (4-year program) from a recognized private university.
Recently passed the Bar Examination and is licensed to practice law.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a team environment.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
Draft contracts, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents.
Assist senior lawyers in litigation and corporate legal matters.
Attend court hearings, client meetings, and government agencies as required.
Review legal documents and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide legal support to clients and internal departments.
