Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English.

Collaboration: Comfortable working with international, cross-border teams across different time zones.
Consulting Clients: Conduct one-on-one meetings to evaluate visa eligibility (L1, EB1, EB2, EB5, E2) and create customized immigration strategies for each client.
Drafting Documents: Write and review professional petition letters and legal documents, ensuring every file is accurate and meets strict USCIS requirements.
Reviewing Evidence: Carefully examine business plans, financial records, and charts to spot any potential issues and fix them before a petition is submitted.
Managing the Pipeline: Use the CRM (GoHighLevel) to follow up with leads, handle client questions, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Connecting Global Teams: Act as the main point of contact between the Bangladesh sales team and the India processing team to ensure work flows smoothly.
Coordinating Deadlines: Work with our international offices to manage filing timelines, prepare responses to RFE (Request for Evidence) notices, and meet critical deadlines.
Explaining Requirements: Break down complex immigration rules and timelines into simple, clear language that clients can easily understand.
Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the entire startup process, from initial document collection to the final filing of their case.
Tracking Success: Monitor your own performance using key metrics like conversion rates, document speed, and client satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Identify high-risk cases or complex issues and present them to senior management with a clear plan on how to solve them.
