Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview: Raju Law, one of the top immigration law firms in the USA, is looking for Technical Writers for the EB-1A & NIW Departments. We are seeking talented and detail-oriented Technical Writers to join our team in drafting persuasive Letters of Recommendation, Economic Impact Analyses, Proposed Endeavor Statements that align with USCIS adjudication standards in the USA EB-1A and NIW Petitions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English language skills, strong research and writing capabilities, and a keen eye for detail. Effective communication skill is essential as this role requires collaborating with team members and clients to ensure the accuracy and quality of all written materials. This is a remote position, requiring excellent time management and the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.

Position Details:

  • Role: Technical Writer (10 Positions)

  • Location: Remote – Work from Home

  • Employment Type: Full-time (5 days per week)

  • Working Time: US Eastern Standard Time 9 am – 5 pm (7 pm - 3 am BST)

  • Application Deadline: May 20, 2026 (11:59 PM EST). However, applications will be reviewed until the positions are filled

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree preferred in the area of Legal Studies/Social Sciences, English Literature or relevant areas. Graduates of other areas are also encouraged to apply.

  • 6-24 months of post-baccalaureate full-time professional experience, preferably in writing, or legal drafting.

  • Have a good understanding of, or strong interest in creative writing, structured writing, legal concepts, principles, and terminologies.

  • Have an excellent research skill to gather relevant legal and industry information from various online sources.

  • Ability to think logically, spot legal implications, and propose well-reasoned arguments.

  • Have strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet), Adobe PDF Software.

  • Tech-savvy and open to adopting new technological initiatives for case and task management.

  • Ability to work under minimum remote supervision.

  • Own a laptop/desktop and smartphone with a reliable and fast internet connection.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft persuasive Letters of Recommendation and Economic Impact Analyses for preparing petitions.

  • Draft professional and detailed Proposed Endeavor Statements that align with USCIS adjudication standards.

  • Analyze complex client profiles, including credentials, professional achievements, and industry impact, to develop compelling, fact-driven narratives.

  • Incorporate data, economic insights, and regulatory references to strengthen case arguments.

  • Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and persuasive legal presentation.

  • Maintain strict attention to formatting, language, and documentary evidence requirements outlined by USCIS.

  • Conduct research on various regulations and procedures related to US immigration.

  • Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure that all required documents are collected and filed in a timely manner.

  • Stable internet connection, full availability during working hours.

Skills:

  • Ability to draft compelling Letters of Support/Recommendation, clearly articulating a beneficiary’s national importance and substantial merit.

  • Ability to craft detailed Proposed Endeavor Statements that define the beneficiary’s field, goals, and national-interest impact.

  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Strong research skills.

  • Ability to source and synthesize academic publications, citations, industry data, and policy references to build evidence-based arguments.

  • Familiarity with USCIS adjudication standards.

  • Advanced written English proficiency with command of formal, persuasive, and legally precise language; able to adapt writing style to different client profiles and case types.

  • Attention to detail in formatting, citation, and documentary evidence to meet USCIS submission standards.

  • Exceptional candidates with strong writing skills will be considered regardless of direct immigration experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Analytical mindset to evaluate client credentials and propose impactful narratives.

  • Collaborative attitude to work with attorneys and other team members seamlessly.

  • Familiarity with U.S. immigration law or USCIS petition standards (preferred but not required).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration:

  • On Apprenticeship: 25,000 – 30,000 BDT.

  • After successful completion of Apprenticeship: 40,000 BDT.
