Education & Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Film, Media, Business, Entertainment Management, or relevant field (International degree preferred).

  • Industry certifications or executive-level media training is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in a senior strategic role within a media production company, OTT platform, global studio, or entertainment conglomerate.

  • Must have previously scaled or architected a media or entertainment venture.

Functional / Technical Competencies

  • Deep understanding of global distribution ecosystems.

  • Expertise in long-term strategic planning and organizational design.

  • Strong knowledge of international content markets, streaming platforms, and production pipelines.

  • Experience in faith-based or values-driven storytelling is a significant advantage.

  • Exceptional analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Internal & External Relationships

Internal:

Close collaboration with the CSO, COO, Creative Directors, Production Team, and Founders.

External:

Industry partners, distributors, studios, talent agencies, investors, and global consultants.

Preferred Industry Background

Experience working with or consulting for:

A24, Lionsgate, Angel Studios, Netflix, Amazon Studios, Paramount, Apple TV+, Disney, Sony Pictures, or similar global production houses.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: Nora Global is the newly launched media and entertainment venture of Raju Law, envisioned to evolve into a multi-billion-dollar global media powerhouse. The Strategic Media Consultant will architect the foundational blueprint for a scalable, multi-division, international media enterprise.

This role requires a high-level industry expert capable of designing long-term strategy, operational structure, distribution pathways, and brand positioning for global growth.

Job Title: Strategic Media Consultant

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Company: Nora Global Limited (Media & Entertainment Division of Raju Law)

Department: Strategy & Media Development

Location: Dhaka (Remote/Hybrid based on requirement)

Job Grade: Consultant (Project-Based / Retainer)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Blueprint Development

  • Design an end-to-end, scalable operational model for a global media enterprise.
  • Build a comprehensive 3–5-year strategic roadmap covering production, distribution, partnerships, branding, and monetization.
  • Define content verticals, expansion pathways, and structural frameworks for future divisions (film, OTT, distribution, brand IP, immersive media).

Operational Infrastructure & Systems

  • Develop organizational structure, reporting lines, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Recommend the technology, production systems, and operational processes required for a world-class media studio.
  • Establish SOPs for content development, production, QC, distribution, and brand management.

Distribution & Partnership Strategy

  • Create international distribution strategy across streaming, theatrical, digital, and global markets.
  • Identify potential global partners, studios, and co-production opportunities.
  • Map out festival circuits, awards strategy, and global content placement.

Brand, Marketing & Investment Preparation

  • Define Nora Global’s brand identity as a values-driven media enterprise.
  • Prepare investor-ready pitch materials, brand story, and market positioning.
  • Support fundraising readiness by outlining revenue models, projections, and global expansion strategy.

Consulting & Advisory

  • Advise founders and senior leadership on industry trends, scaling strategies, and content portfolio development.
  • Provide insights on talent acquisition for creative, production, and technical functions.
  • Work at “founder speed”—delivering clarity, structure, and high-impact strategic direction.
