Responsibilities & Context:
We're seeking an experienced legal professional to serve as senior in-house counsel, providing legal oversight across the company's operations.
Responsibilities:
Review, advise on, and provide final sign-off on contracts and agreements.
Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
Review public-facing legal and compliance materials before publication.
Ensure company operations comply with applicable local and global data, internet, and corporate laws.
Requirements: Relevant legal qualification, strong drafting and review experience, and sound commercial judgment.
