Responsibilities & Context:
We're looking for an IT Support Officer to keep our office systems and connectivity running reliably.
Responsibilities:
Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
Assist with software installation and configuration.
Maintain office network connectivity and security/surveillance systems.
Follow IT and cybersecurity best practices.
Maintain documentation and reporting for IT operations.
Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Requirements: Solid IT support and networking experience, with a security-conscious approach.
