Bachelor’s degree from reputed university with satisfactory academic record. Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
Four-five years of experience in HR with preferably 2 years in relevant domains mentioned under primary responsibilities.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to leverage various AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency.
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
Focus on delivering meaningful outcomes rather than just completing tasks.
Ability to build relationships and influence across organizational levels.
Proficient in customer-centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall exit process, clearance and settlement of full-time employees.
Accountable for managing and updating employee personal information in the HR ERP system.
Oversees employee attendance and leave management matters.
Maintain MIS of full-time employees for internal and external reporting.
Responsible for all material requisition (stationery/guest management stuff etc.) for the entire HR Division.
Provide monthly HR Ops budgetary provision to stakeholders.
Act as a focal point for BRAC Bank medical center.
