• Four-five years of experience in HR with preferably 2 years in relevant domains mentioned under primary responsibilities.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to leverage various AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency.

• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Focus on delivering meaningful outcomes rather than just completing tasks.

• Ability to build relationships and influence across organizational levels.

• Proficient in customer-centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.

BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Human Resources Division:

• Job Grade: SO / PO

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall exit process, clearance and settlement of full-time employees.

• Accountable for managing and updating employee personal information in the HR ERP system.

• Oversees employee attendance and leave management matters.

• Maintain MIS of full-time employees for internal and external reporting.

• Responsible for all material requisition (stationery/guest management stuff etc.) for the entire HR Division.

• Provide monthly HR Ops budgetary provision to stakeholders.

• Act as a focal point for BRAC Bank medical center.
