Job Responsibilities:
∎ Issue Job card to production provided by Marketing or GMO ensuring PO history, Job summery, availability of RM and FG to ensure smooth production & avoid any mistake.
∎ To ensure testing of all incoming RM-PM to ensure desired quality specification. Document all test result in RM- PM test log book.
∎ To ensure testing of all outgoing FG for final quality check as per QC sampling plan for all shifts on a daily basis. Document all test result in FG test log book
∎ Inform production team in case of any deviation found in FG to impose immediate corrective action.
∎ Take decision (release/hold/reject) in case of NC in any product quality by consulting with dept. head or GMO.
∎ Daily monitoring of QA activities such as CCP, monitoring overall cleaning, hygiene condition of the plant.
∎ Conduct inspection of production lines and give line clearance during job changeover to ensure that line is ready for new job.
∎ Sent Shade card to customer for approval & Preserve approve shade card copy as backup, for applicable case, Approve & issue duplicate of customer approve copy to production.
∎ Ensure authentic issue & timely reconciliation of shade card from production.
∎ Ensure destruction of superseded/obsolete shade card after issue of new shade card.
∎ Customer service in case of any quality problem by RC analysis and taking necessary CAPA and visit customer etc.
∎ To arrange all daily Quality document of in file properly.
