Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and dues via mail, phone, or in person.
∎ Prepare and send due statements and invoices to clients.
∎ Handle bad debt recovery and ensure timely tax deduction at source (TDS) & VAT deduction at sources (VDS) challan collection.
∎ Communicate with the finance department for AR issuance, receipt, and account adjustments.
∎ Provide timely feedback and resolution to client account queries.
∎ Collaborate with local and overseas clients on payment and documentation processes.
∎ Assist in preparing LC (Letter of Credit) documents.
