Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Payroll Processing:
∎ Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
∎ Coordinate with Finance, HR Operations, and Attendance Management teams to validate data.
∎ Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Maintain compliance with tax regulations, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.), and other legal requirements.
∎ 2. File & Document Management:
∎ Maintain up-to-date and organized employee records both physically and digitally.
∎ Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of HR documents.
∎ Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, and other official correspondence.
∎ 3. KPI-Based Performance Management:
∎ Support the implementation and maintenance of the KPI-based Performance Management System.
∎ Coordinate with department heads to align KPIs with organizational goals.
∎ Assist in mid-year and annual appraisal processes.
∎ Prepare performance reports and analytics for management review.
∎ 4. Compensation & Benefits:
∎ Administer and review employee benefits programs (leave, insurance, bonuses, etc.).
∎ Benchmark compensation structures and support in C&B planning.
∎ Maintain employee compensation data and support annual CTC revision exercises.
∎ 5. Documentation and Communication:
∎ Draft HR policies, memos, and official communication with clarity and professionalism.
∎ Prepare periodic reports for management, including headcount, payroll summaries, and performance status.
∎ Communicate HR policies and updates effectively to employees.
