Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ * Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and suppliers to develop garment samples and prototypes.
∎ * Review and provide technical input on garment designs, specifications, and construction methods to ensure feasibility and maneuverability.
∎ * Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for garments, including measurements, construction techniques, materials and finishes.
∎ * Ensure that specifications comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
∎ * Establish and enforce quality control processes to monitor the production of garments.
∎ * Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of production to identify and address any quality issues, ensuring that garments meet the required standards.
∎ * General supervision and technical guidance to the QA Staff in the analysis, design, testing, and quality of production.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic salary-USD 1600,
∎ House rent-USD 300,
∎ Medical-USD 50
∎ Conveyance-USD 50
∎ or equivalent BDT per month.
