∎ Graduate from Textile Engineering. Diploma in Textile Design & Weaving will be added as advantage.

∎ Candidate should have 10 years’ experience in the garments sector.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Product development, improvement and testing of products, ensuring they meet quality standards & customer expectations·
∎ Participate in the research, design, and development of new products or improvements to existing ones, focusing on meeting consumer needs and market trends.
∎ Conduct thorough testing of products and materials to ensure they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
∎ Work on optimizing manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and product quality.
∎ Create and maintain product specifications, technical drawings, and documentation.
∎ Monitor and ensure the quality of products and processes throughout the development and manufacturing stages.
∎ Work closely with other departments, including engineering, design & production to ensure seamless product development.
∎ Apply technical knowledge and skills to ensure that products meet required standards and specifications.
