Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordination of sample development to ensure that samples meet customer requirements.
∎ Working with the merchandiser, production personnel, and sales department.
∎ Creating a daily sample production plan and setting targets for each sample operator.
∎ Overseeing the sample room, including sewing workers and junior technicians.
∎ Ensuring that samples meet fit, construction, and quality testing standards.
∎ Working with the design department to select styles, fabrics, and trims.
∎ Sharing detailed tech packs with the global sourcing team.
∎ Reviewing and recommending changes to processes and techniques to maintain product quality and productivity.
