∎ Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing production related all activities of a production floor of 10-15 lines (consisting 200-300 machines) of the garments factory independently.
∎ The ideal candidate have to ensure timely production of knit garments as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to increase productivity through applying modern/updated techniques are highly encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 2 years in the advertised Position.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
∎ Should be self-motivated, hard working, sincere & ready to work under stress
