∎ Minimum HSC.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible for managing production related all activities of a production unit of 10-12 lines (consisting 200-250 machines) of the garments factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ The ideal candidate have to ensure timely production of knit garments as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Candidates should have hands on experience in IE/Work Study. So, those who have started their job as IE Officer/Executive and later developed their career as APM/PM are only requested to apply.
∎ Candidates having knowledge on production of single piece flow will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which 2 years in APM Position.
∎ IE based experience is a must.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production Management skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
∎ Should be self-motivated, hard working, sincere & ready to work under stress
