Bachelor in Industrial & Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Physically fit and willing to work in a three-shift system, including night shifts.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and waste reduction techniques.
Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proficient in computer operations (MS Office, data analysis tools, etc.).
Responsibilities & Context:
Implement and maintain 5S practices, safety standards, and workplace compliance.
Lead, train, and supervise the production team effectively.
Ensure on-time delivery with 100% compliance to quality standards.
Analyze production processes and take proactive improvement measures.
Identify and reduce production losses to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Support technical staff and machine operators as needed.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
Present production performance and KPIs to management through data-driven reports.
Any other task assigned by the department manager.
