• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• Bachelor in Industrial & Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• Physically fit and willing to work in a three-shift system, including night shifts.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and waste reduction techniques.

• Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Proficient in computer operations (MS Office, data analysis tools, etc.).

• Implement and maintain 5S practices, safety standards, and workplace compliance.

• Lead, train, and supervise the production team effectively.

• Ensure on-time delivery with 100% compliance to quality standards.

• Analyze production processes and take proactive improvement measures.

• Identify and reduce production losses to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

• Support technical staff and machine operators as needed.

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders to meet operational requirements.

• Present production performance and KPIs to management through data-driven reports.

• Any other task assigned by the department manager.
