Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resources & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to all functions associated with the payroll operations.
∎ Oversee the payroll functions, systems and programs for clients.
∎ Process payroll weekly, biweekly and monthly.
∎ Enter payroll data to on-line payroll system.
∎ Reconcile payroll previews before and after process.
∎ Produce timely payroll standard reports for multiple pay cycles and entities.
∎ Communicate with associates to answer questions and resolve problems.
∎ Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development.
∎ Keep record of necessary documents, manage and update personal files.
∎ Prepare SOP for HRD and ensure implementation of it.
∎ Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution policies etc.
∎ Look after company's day to day administrative issues, procurement, office maintenance, event management, rent & utilities.
∎ To assist for upgrading and implementing of various HR policies for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 years of work experience in related field.
∎ Decision-making and communication skills are essential.
∎ Must have knowledge to handle software.
∎ Able to communicate through email.
∎ Good knowledge on MS word, Excel.
